Hotel Information

Flink Forward San Francisco 2022 will be hosted at the state-of-the-art hotel and event space, Hyatt Regency San Francisco.

It sits in a prime location downtown by the waterfront, offering breathtaking views of the pier and easy access to many of the city’s attractions. The hotel is commonly known as one of North America’s top meeting venues, due to the expansive conference facilities, audio-visual technology, and expert event team. 

We’re excited to call this our home for 2022 and watch Flink Forward San Francisco grow to the next level!

Ticket packages with discounted hotel room rates (King room), are on offer as well as ticket-only packages for local folks. Be sure to secure your room today when purchasing your conference pass.

Check-in/Check-out

The hotel's check-in time is 4:00PM. Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space availability" basis only. 

The hotel's check-out time is 12:00 Noon. 

Full check-in and check-out procedure will be provided in the attendee info pack, prior to the conference. 

Hotel Parking

Hyatt Regency San Francisco has parking available to our overnight guests for a current charge of $80.00 (inclusive with tax) per day. In and out privileges are available to those who bill their parking charges to their guest room.

Alternate parking: 

• Clay Street – Currently $34.00 a day.

Public Transport

Hyatt Regency San Francisco is located steps away from the Embarcadero Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station. Connecting San Francisco Airport to Downtown for $9.65 (currently) each way.
